Rich Fruit Cake with Fondant icing

Rich Fruit Cake.

Ready to eat or ice it yourself. Perfect to store for Christmas. Storage instructions are included.

This has loads of brandy soaked fruit. Raisins, sultanas, glace cherries, dates, cranberries, apricots.

Not a nut in sight unless you want the marzipan covered cake.

Near Christmas time I decorate with a little bit of fondant icing Holly and Berries.

The rest of the year its sent out plain.

The plain cake size is approximately 7 inches x 5 inches x 2 inch deep.

Please note this size is approx and may vary when it has icing and marzipan on.

It's weight is about 800gms and I also pour Brandy over them too.
